SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

  1. Introduction

a) This Subscription Policy governs your order, use, and cancellation of (trial) subscriptions offered through the Service, and is also subject to the Terms of Service.

  1. Subscription Options & Payment

a) We offer a monthly subscription at $29.99 USD per month, which renews automatically at the end of each monthly period until you cancel.

b) We may also offer a free or paid trial subscription for the Service. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged $29.99 USD for the monthly subscription.

c) Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the payment method that you submit.

d) To the extent permitted by law, we may change fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such changes by posting the new prices on our website and/or by sending you an email notification. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel prior to the change going into effect.

  1. How to Cancel

Canceling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of the then-current period.

To cancel, contact us at support@covenfashion.helpfully.pro or manage your subscription through your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

Please note that simply abandoning your account does not cancel your subscription.

  1. Refunds

a) To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscriptions purchased via our website are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law. In such cases, we may in our sole discretion provide only the refund of the last payment, except for payments for trial subscriptions and payments made more than 120 days before the refund request was made.

b) NOTE FOR EEA USERS: You have the right of withdrawal from digital service and digital goods within fourteen (14) days from the date of agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
