Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.
  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. & Canada): 7–14 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping (U.S. & Canada): Within 10 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship throughout the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery.

International Shipping (Canada) We are pleased to ship to Canada. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
  • The Coven Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Customs delays

Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Coven Fashion is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
